智慧旅游服务卡一卡通摘要随着社会经济的进步,国内旅游产业得到了蓬勃的发展。信息技术的快速发展,网上银行、电子地图、信息导航等工具确实为人们外出旅游带来了很多的便捷。但是,上述工具由于使用不同的终端载体,游客平时出行时身上需携带很多不同功能的终端,这些终端工具无论从业务的定制还是业务的使用都会是一个比较繁琐的程序,这同样给旅游生活带来很多不便。本文针对解决上述问题,研究制定了一套智慧旅游一卡通系统。智慧旅游一卡通系统整合 RFID、数据库、商务智能等不错的的技术理念,采用逻辑清晰的树形组织架构,其主要功能模块包括:发行与管理子系统、积分与消费管理子系统、增值服务管理子系统。
其中,发行与管理子系统下设 2 个子功能模块,积分与消费管理子系统下设 5 个子功能模块,增值服务管理子系统下设 4 个子功能模块。各功能模块通过后台的整合统一在一卡通上,为游客提供一站式服务。本文除了对一卡通系统的各功能模块进行了设计,同时也对一卡通系统的通信系统和硬件架构做了充分的考虑和设计。
智慧旅游一卡通将银行卡、公交卡、在线支付、电子钱包、电子门票、游客位置定位、景区智能管理等功能全部应用在一个平台之上,真正实现了旅游的信息化。关键词: RFID,智慧旅游 ,一卡通系统 ,在线支付 ,商业智能1南京邮电大学硕士研究生学位论文
绪论AbstractWith the development of economy and the progress of the society, the prosperity oftourism industry in China is observed. The Internet technology has been increasingly appliedto facilitate people's traveling , such as online payment , E-map and informationnavigation .However; these technologies are based on different terminal carries, which bringdifficulties for customers to manage during their travel. Since terminal technologies rangingfrom custiomizing to using are comprehensively serverd as a complex operation , acustomer-friendly compatiable system is called for. In this paper, a brilliant traveling smartcard system will be discussed and introduced as a solution to improve the usage of internettechnology in tourism.The brilliant traveling system integrates advanced technologies, including RFID,database and business intelligence by employing arboreous structure to develop threesystems.The are publish and management substem constituted by two functional modules,credits and consuming management subsystem with five function modules, and value addedmanagement system supportd by four functional modules.Each substem will be integratedinto a united one-card pass system to offer tourist a one-stop service. This paper tries toanalyse the one-card pass system with cleat layer, at the foundation of which, successfullydesign each function subsystems. Meanwhile , the paper also anylse and design thecommunications technologies and accomplish the design of hard-ware structure for the one-card system.Successfully realizing the function of providing comprehensive one-stop tourism serviceby combinbing banck card, bus pass,online payment,electronic wallet,e-tickets,touris GPS,tourist statistical analysis and strategic support into one card.
